Welcome to Millennial Tutoring!
Millennial Tutoring, a division of Millennial Media, is a Christian tutoring service designed to empower students with Christ-centered supplemental education.
We offer both private and small group tutoring with in-person or virtual format options to students of all ages. While we specialize in English, writing, literature, foreign languages, cultural studies, history, and Bible, we do offer customized private tutoring in most subjects. Currently, all tutoring sessions are taught by Mica Olinghouse.
Application & Assessment
Before a student can begin tutoring lessons with us, an application and assessment form must be filled out and returned to our office. Once we've had a chance to review the student profile, we will set up a complimentary student and parent assessment session prior to the first tutoring lesson.
customized private tutoring
After initial student assessment, we will build our 45-minute tutoring sessions around the student's core needs, current classwork, and/or requested subject assistance. Some additonal material such as textbooks or supplies may need to be purchased.
small group tutoring option
Due to our limited availability, we will try to assimilate students into small groups based on similar subject study and age. Small groups will be no larger than 5 students in person and/or 5 students online. If no group is available, a student will receive private customized tutoring based on his or her needs.
FORMAT OPTIONS
If a student wishes to receive our tutoring services but does not live locally, we can easily facilitate studies online via Zoom. This option is available for both private and small group options.
